Learning
Learn to feel what your feeling...That simple ...really....feel the pain, then fix it. Food, drugs, cigarettes ect, mask the pain and what ever it is you don't want to face. Face it get support from your friends and family and most important your self. Learn to depend on your self, be your own BFF
